Recent years have seen Rodgers successfully expand into wholesale, supplying to some of Scotland’s top restaurants, and work closely with chefs to develop innovative product ranges. While placing a focus on fresh ideas and development, Rodgers doesn’t forget about their heritage, maintaining a unique identity with traditional recipes that have been passed down through the generations.
In order to ensure the product is of a premium standard, Rodgers personally handpick meat from dedicated farmers and place an emphasis on establishing traceability to the origin.
